Information about the project:

In touch with increasing operational tasks, we invite a Retention Manager to join our SportsBook Retention Team.

Main tasks:

• Creating mechanics to reactivate and increase gaming activity of clients; li>
• Creating and sending e-mail, sms, app-push, messages to the personal account of clients;
• Downloading data from the database and interacting with them;
• Calculating bonuses for customers and their calculation in CRM;
• Creation of small promotions with placement on the website;
• Help in planning retention strategies, creation of large promotions with placement on the website;
• li>Interaction with casino, design, content, creative, product teams.

It is important for us:

• Experience of working on positions: Retention Manager, CRM Manager, E-mail-Marketing Manager from 6 months;
• Confirmed work experience: implemented projects, achievements at previous places of work (what could be developed, implemented, improved);< /li>
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets: creating tables, applying simple formulas (SUM, CPUNT, IF, etc.).

Will be an advantage:

• Basic skills of working with XLSX/CSV files using the Pandas library (Python);
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS syntax and application;
• Understanding specifics of sports events.
