Middle Recruiter in Redtag

We are an official Salesforce partner, specializing in providing consulting and implementation services to help businesses successfully integrate CRM and CX strategies.
Currently, we are looking for a Middle Recruiter with a well-established professional network.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment with mid-senior level positions;
• Upper-intermediate or advanced level of written and spoken English;
• Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and industry trends;
• Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment tools;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proactive work approach with attention to details;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust according to the market, propose new tactics;

Nice to have:
Previous experience in Salesforce area.

What you’ll do:

• Manage full-cycle of the recruitment process (job descriptions creation, CV’s screening, conducting interviews, providing timely feedback, etc.);
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute an effective recruiting strategy;
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new candidates and nurture the existing ones on a regular basis;
• Sourcing through professional networks, databases, referrals, job sites, etc. to engage top talents;
• Proactively identify and implement new methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and represent our company professionally at external events and networking opportunities;
• Be an ambassador of our corporate values and promote them in all aspects of the recruitment process.
