Middle Recruiter in IT Step Academy

IT STEP Academy is looking for a Middle Recruiter (remote, central office)

We are growing in Ukraine, Europe and other countries - and we need a Recruiter who knows how not only to close vacancies, but also to build a system for selecting the "right" people.
This is a completely remote job in the central office team: without office hustle and bustle, but with live tasks, quick results and an international scale.

In we use a time tracker at work.

We are for you if you:

• Have experience in HR and recruiting for at least 2 years (full cycle);
• Know how to work with department heads and coordinate priorities;
• Able to identify specialists for different areas (office, administrators, management, top level);
• Deadlines and multitasking is your comfort zone, you understand the psychology of candidates and build long-term relationships with them, you are ready to work with branches not only in Ukraine, but also abroad (Europe, other countries, language skills are not required for this, only Ukrainian)

What to do:

• Conduct a full cycle of recruiting — from search to adaptation, close vacancies for the central office and branches in various countries;
• Organize HR processes and help managers with hiring;
• Work in Sintegrum (an automated HR system that really simplifies life);
• Search for people on LinkedIn, job sites, Telegram, Facebook conduct online interviews and make a quality assessment of candidates stay in touch with new employees even after leaving.
