Your duties will include the following:- Product feature testing
- Testing and scripting of bots
- Communicating with the client to understand their current needs and requirements for the purpose of further analysis and development of solutions
- Supporting and advising clients and other colleagues
- Making decisions on blocking or approving releases, their tracking, documentation and presentation
- Conducting demos (external and internal)
- Writing customer documentation for the product (including with the help of AI tools)
- Business analysis - client processes for further understanding of product implementation
Requirements (not wishes, all will be checked at the interview - "if you know what I mean":):
- Understanding of QA processes and methodologies
- Analytical skills, initiative and teamwork (QA, PO, developers, DevOps)
- Ability to work with databases (SQL, NoSQL) at the testing level
- QA tools (Browserstack, etc)
- Ability to conduct releases, release notes
- Ability to quickly and clearly write functional documentation ( including with the use of AI for acceleration)
- Skills in using Postman, Fiddler, DevTools (+Vue.js devtools), Grafana, Jagger
- High quality written communication
- Experience writing various types of test documentation, using TMS systems (Zephyr, etc.)
- Experience using Jira, Confluence. Notion (or similar)
- Basic experience with git, Gitlab (or similar)
- Interest in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, LLM
< b> Will be a plus:
- Experience working with chatbots
- Working with different LLMs (not only from Openai)
- Experience work from platform.openai.com/playground
