Middle QA Engineer in Euristiq

About position

Euristiq is seeking a talented QA engineer to join the product offering the most configurable contingent workforce management solutions.
To perform this job, you should know the industry’s best QA practices. Apart from this, you should have an eye for detail and excellent troubleshooting abilities. A candidate with the ability to provide excellent customer service will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Effective collaboration with engineering, designer, and product teams
• Taking ownership of decisions while working on the product and adopting a product mindset
• Identifying software application weaknesses and target areas
• Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas
• Identifying quality issues and creating test reports
• Sketching out ideas for automated software test procedures
• Writing automation scripts and implementing software applications

• Troubleshooting automation software and finalizing system procedures

   

Required skills

• 2+ years experience working as a QA engineer
• Practical experience with API and end-to-end testing
• Experience with creating and maintaining test documentation
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and enterprise testing standards
• Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and product mindset
• At least Upper-intermediate English level

Would be a plus

• Basic experience in QA Automation or at least a solid motivation to grow in this direction
• Familiarity with programming languages including TypeScript and/or Kotlin, or a strong desire to work with them
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field
• ISTQB certification
