Hello, friend! We, BUKI, have been building an international EdTech marketplace for over 10 years, a kind of AirBnB / UBER in education. Our service helps tens of thousands of tutors around the world find students for themselves, and vice versa - find the best teacher for themselves. BUKI started its work in August 2014, and today it is the largest resource in Ukraine.
In 2020, a separate business unit for online education with proven tutors was launched - BUKI School. We are also growing very quickly in a number of countries: Poland, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Romania, Spain, Nigeria, Mexico and the USA.

Productwise, BukiSchool is an online school of proven tutors:
— Directory of tutor profiles (a lot of technical SEO);
—back offices of the client and the tutor;
— Own CRM;
—Many automatic complex ranking and matching algorithms;
—Many integrated external services (payment systems, analytics systems, notification services (e-mail, SMS, Viber), financial systems, etc.);
— Many complex and interesting analytics (GA 4, Data Studio, own system using R and Python), constant A/B testing;
—Data-driven approach to product development.

Now a single team develops both our products: CTO, 1 PM, 2 tech lead/back, 4 back-end, 1 team lead front-end, 3 front -end, 1 General QA (JS), 2 Manual QA, 1 DevOps.

We invite you to strengthen the BUKI School project team in the position of Manual QA Engineer.

Tasks:

• Preparation and writing checklists/test cases documentation;
• Development and execution of test cases to check functionality and user interface;
• Viewing, processing and reporting on bugs;
• Interaction with developers, products, support managers and other team members. Participating in team dale/retro rallies.

Requirements:

• 2.5+ years of web and backend testing experience;
• Understanding SD/LC processes;
• Experience with web browser development tools;
• Understanding of protocol operation;
• Knowledge of testing theory, approaches, levels, etc.;
• Experience with relational databases: MySQL;
• Confident level of mastery of Postman;
• Experience with task managers: Jira;
• English level is B1+.

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of SEO principles;
• Experience with mobile testing;
• Experience with E-commerce/marketplace/ed-tech.
