We are an official Salesforce partner, specializing in providing consulting and implementation services to help businesses successfully integrate CRM and CX strategies.

Currently, we are looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer with exceptional English language proficiency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles;
• Written and spoken English at least Upper-intermediate level — is a must!;
• Previous working experience with Salesforce platform;
• Experience with manual testing techniques and tools;
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices;
• Experience in writing clear, concise bug reports, test cases, checklists;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

What you’ll do:

• Estimate tasks;
• Write test scripts and test the tickets;
• Raise bug reports, create and maintain test cases, checklists;
• Work closely with software developers, business analysts, and other team members to resolve issues;
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the quality assurance process;
• Design test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined requirements;
