Middle QA Engineer in SoftHouseGroup

We are looking for an experienced Middle QA Engineer to extend our team to work with a new solution for one of the biggest world platforms that works with data and product identification. You can be a part of a full-stack creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the software development.

As the QA Engineer, you will be working alongside with, a few Software Engineers, PM and an Architect to focus on improving and development of one of products.

Required skills:
• 2+ years of experience in testing;
• Relevant experience in backend/frontend manual testing;
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
• Experience in creating test documentation (test plans, test cases, test scenarios, checklists);
• English Level — Intermediate or higher;
• Good communication and organizational skills, the ability to stay focused on completing tasks.

Will be a plus:
• Test automation skills;
• Understanding of Agile software development practices;
• Experience with testing APIs;
• Experience with API testing tools (for example Postman or similar);

Responsibilities:
• Testing the features to ensure they meet acceptance criteria;
• Prioritizing, planning, and managing the time of assigned tasks;
• Escalate critical issues to higher levels when neede
• Communicating efficiently with other team members;
• Create and maintaining test documentation;
• Testing of data flow by working with both — the platform we build and systems that provide data to the platform.
