Middle QA Engineer

We are looking for a Middle QA Engineer with 2+ years of experience in manual testing to join our successful project from the USA.

Please note we consider only candidates from Lviv or Kyiv!

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Manual testing
• Experience in writing test documentation (checklists, test cases, scenarios, mind maps)
• Ability to quickly understand complex tasks
• Ability to estimate time for upcoming tasks
• Ability to analyze the requirements
• Effective communication and cooperation with the development team
• At least Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus

• Experience in automation testing

This is the payment integrity platform for health payers. The project is to develop and deliver the most exceptional and innovative technology solutions addressing the real industry challenges of today and tomorrow for health plans. Connecting payers, providers, and business partners with a single technology platform designed to support transparent communication

Stage

Project team

Existing team on the client side. We will work with the US team (Eastern and Central time zones) — around 10 people. Our team is 15 people (8 MEAN stack developers, 6 QA, 1 PM)

Work Schedule

Full-time working day in our office (flexible hours) or full-time remote. We work with US-based teams from 8-11 am US Central time, providing a minimum of three hours of overlap per day for collaboration

Interview Stages

• 1-st stage — call with Recruiter (30 minutes)
• 2-nd stage — interview with our QA Engineer and Recruiter (1 hour)
• 3-rd stage — Client interview

• Досвід написання тестової документації (чек-листи, тест-кейси, сценарії, ментальні карти)
• Здатність швидко розбиратися в складних завданнях
• Вміння оцінювати час на майбутні завдання
• Вміння аналізувати вимоги
• Ефективна комунікація та співпраця з командою розробників
• Рівень англійської B1 і вище
