Middle Python Engineer in Nova Digital

We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta. We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a Middle Python Engineer

About the Team

The Department of Forecasting and Modeling deals with solving interesting innovative problems. At our core, we are a data analytics R&D unit. The range of tasks is diverse: forecasting time series, segmentation, NLP, creating forecasting algorithms, non-standard data analytics, and more.

What will you do

- Automate forecasts and data processing according to existing algorithms, or create new ones

- Create from scratch a model for segmentation using NLP

- Develop algorithms for forecasting, segmentation and other based on Machine Learning libraries

About you

- 2 years of data development experience in Python, experience working with databases

- You have 1 year of experience working with NLP and text segmentation

- You have a confident command of mathematical tools for Python: numpy, scipy, pandas and others

p>- You work with Machine Learning and want to develop in this direction

- You can find a non-standard solution to a problem

- You are not afraid of routine data analysis tasks

- Level English proficiency B1
