Middle Project Manager/Scrum master віддалено We’re opening the position ofaMiddle Project Manager/Scrum Master tothe existing team aimed atdeveloping SaaS solutions that help companies optimize their businesses. These solutions include business planning and execution, process automation, and optimization. The Customer’s platform leverages industry-leading MLandAI for better predictions and prevention ofdisruptions across businesses. Responsibilities: Lead across-functional team toachieve project requirements, meet deadlines and schedules Collaborate proactively with stakeholders toreach acommon understanding ofthe best solution needed; moderate meetings Hold regular Scrum meetings todetermine progress and address any questions orchallenges regarding projects Collaborate with the Product Owner/Tech Lead/Architect onmanaging changing priorities, refining the product backlog, splitting the work, and aligning with the product goals and vision Assist inrelease management Develop good relationships with the development teams and stakeholders Escalate any issues that cannot beresolved within the team Provide project-level analysis— produce the required project analysis documentation Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries/updates, and project backlog Create and maintain project schedules bydeveloping project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases ofthe project lifecycle, providing timely reporting ofissues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts Meet with the project team regularly toreview project deliverables and deadlines Remove impediments tothe team’s progress Work closely with the development team, architects, and other stakeholders toensure that the product isdeveloped inacollaborative and cross-functional manner Work with the development team toplan sprints and ensure that the sprint goals align with the product vision and strategy Beresponsible for managing the release process, ensuring that the product isreleased ontime, and meets the Customer’s needs Requirements: 2+years ofexperience inAgile project management using Scrum and/or other Agile frameworks and methods Good project management skills, ability tosuccessfully manage multiple tasks atany given point, strong relationship-building and communication skills Manage requirements within different stakeholders Excellent communication skills and the ability toeffectively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and customers Ability toguide and resolve team challenges, conduct product/service demonstrations, and manage expectations effectively Fluency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, including technical and writing English level— Upper-Intermediate orhigher Will beaplus: Background and experience inBusiness Analysis Weoffer: Career and professional growth Competitive salary Friendly and highly professional teams Big and comfortable office, own parking area, restaurants nearby Medical insurance coverage for employees (Сovid-19included), plus anoption for family insurance coverage atacorporate rate Paid 12sick leaves and all holidays Paid 18working vacation days English/German language courses Ability towork remotely (weprovide all equipment)
