Middle Project Manager (Media) in Netpeak

A new business unit has appeared at Netpeak Agency, the goal of which is to help media in all regions of the world to monetize their content. As part of this, we are open to cooperation with a Middle Project Manager, who will take over the management of English-language media projects of our clients. 📌You will succeed if : 🟡 Your work experience as a Project Manager from 2 years. 🟡 You have the skills to work in task managers such as Jira, Redmine or others. 🟡 You have experience working with Google Analytics, analysis of website indicators. 🟡 You are fluent in English: for oral and written communication with English-speaking clients/stakeholders. 🟡 ​​​​You know how to write technical tasks for developers. 📌It will be a plus: 🟡 Experience with Google AdSense or Google Ad Manager, 🟡 Know the main metrics of traffic acquisition, monetization and experience in analyzing such metrics, 🟡 Basic understand internet marketing: Google Ads, Facebook, 🟡 Experience in managing the website development process. 📌What awaits you: 🟡 Project management: content projects, media, mass media. 🟡 Analysis of monetization metrics. 🟡 Work on improving the quality of projects: visual and content component . 🟡 Assessments of the impact of site functionality on the overall financial indicators of projects. 🟡 Generation and validation of new ideas for projects and conducting A/B tests. 🟡 Communications with client managers regarding project optimization. 🟡 Setting tasks for developers and monitoring their execution. 📌 What we offer : 🟡 Fixed rate and bonuses based on the results of the interview. 🟡 Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00, and end from 17:00 to 19:00. 🟡 The possibility to work in offices in Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv or remotely. 🟡 Paid vacation in the amount of 24 calendar days with observance of public holidays, paid sick days. 🟡 Attending specialized conferences at the expense of the company (we pay up to 50% of the cost of training), as well as participation in conferences and seminars organized by Netpeak Group . 🟡 Gamification system, memo generator, internal currency (netpix) and the "Netpeak Store" store with merch, literature and technology. 🟡 Knowledge map and the opportunity to influence your own growth on the career ladder and the amount of salary. 🟡 Individual and group work with a corporate psychologist.
