Middle Project Manager (hardware products certification) in Ajax Systems

Ajax Systems is a developer and manufacturer of Ajax security systems. It is a full-cycle company, from idea generation and development to mass production. There are more than 70 devices in the Ajax line: they protect the premises from robbery, fire, flooding and provide an opportunity to control electrical appliances. Every year, we demonstrate multiple growth both in the size of the team and in the number of users worldwide. R&D offices of Ajax Systems are located in Ukraine, production includes three plants. Two of them are located in Ukraine and one in Turkey. Local sales teams are located in Great Britain, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, South Africa, Poland, Northern Europe, Romania, Turkey and the UAE. All equipment goes through certification stages to be able to sell in different countries. Standardization, compliance and safety of use in all aspects of production. Ajax has a separate department that manages the certification processes, coordinating all points with the development teams. We are currently looking for a Project Manager with engineering experience with instruments or electronic devices, or with a related education. What it is necessary to do: - be the driving force of hardware product certification projects - manage projects from the preparation of documentation to obtaining certificates - draw up plans/schedules for obtaining certifications - monitor the deadlines for the completion of stages, tasks - actively cooperate with test laboratories to resolve issues that arise - organize the elimination of comments and inconsistencies, set tasks for development teams - organize preliminary tests in laboratories at various stages of development - identify blockers, time wasters, look for solutions, adjust processes What you need to know and be able to: - project management experience - fluent oral and written English for working with foreign laboratories - be able to respond to problems, find solutions - be able to convey your goals to others, be a leader - be proactive - be communicative - be systematic, be able to manage information Will be a plus: - experience with Jira/Confluence or similar We offer: - work in a team of professional developers .- a product for real users, not phantom tasks.- established development processes.- a decent salary.- a healthy corporate culture.- payment for specialized courses, trainings, conferences.- medical insurance.
