Must have 2+ years of experience in Agile software development environment (in the role of Scrum Master, Project Manager, etc) Good understanding of SDLC and development pipelines Experience working and ability to manage and multi-task across multiple teams Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices Deep knowledge ofand passion for Agile/Scrum and ability to apply it in a smart and practical way Well-developed skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence configuration and usage is required Excellent time management and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Advanced level ofEnglish, Upper-Intermediate level ofFrench Responsibilities Participate ininternal team activities Provide internal and external training for the team Collaborate closely with theVP ofproduct and TechLead Help with Documentation process Run all the Agile Ceremonies Run 1on 1meetings with colleagues Coach and mentor team members inthe Agile way ofworking Customer The customer isabig company from the United States Product The main idea ofthe product istocreate ahealthy online environment byimproving the quality ofconversations onthe internet.
