“Analytical Center for Information Resources” is a volunteer, non-profit and non-partisan public organization specializing in the analysis of information about military events and conflicts operating within cyberspace. Due to the needs of our team, we are looking for a Project Manager to assist with the IT product development process.

### Requirements

— 2+ years of experience in project management
— Portfolio of successful projects
— Experience in Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Lean methodologies
— Ability to work with KPIs
— Technical background: QA / Dev
— Experience in public speaking
— Good written and spoken English

### Responsibilities

— Product testing
— Technical articles / documentation writing
— Effective benchmarking of man-hours by specialisation
— Communication with users: collecting bug reports, updates
— Sprint planning, grooming

### Soft skills

— Punctuality: do everything in advance, stick to time agreements
— Systematic and controlling: distribute the workload on the team
— High performance and a high level of self-organization
— Communicative: be able to organise people’s work.
