Middle Project Manager (Digital) in Netpeak

We are looking for Middle Project Managers with experience in managing digital projects. You will be able to fully coordinate the provision of services: conduct communication, control finances, conduct negotiations, analyze results and present reports. Our agency has 8 teams of PMs (UA, KZ, BGR) and 150 digital marketers. And free exchange of ideas and experience in the Netpeak group of companies, which includes 14 businesses. Your skills: - Experience in the field of digital marketing as an Account Manager, Project Manager or PPC specialist from 1 year. - Ability to determine business needs, create and implement marketing strategies for clients.- The ability to competently build communication both with the client and with the team.- Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above. Soft Skills:- The ability to plan and set goals, self-organization.- The ability to defend one's opinion and say "no" when necessary.- Systemic thinking - consider the mutual influence of all components.- Team-orientation. The team expects from you: 1. Control and coordination - managing the client:- Meeting deadlines and implementation of tasks related to project-services, history of communication.- Work with contracts, payments and documentation2. Development of relations - growth of the client.- Clarification of needs, plans and tasks of clients.- Proposal of new projects and services, as well as improvement of already launched processes, regardless of the activity of the responsible Internet marketer. 3. Conflict resolution.- A pool of works to prevent new problems and effectively solve existing ones. 4. If desired - processing incoming applications from the website or phone calls (warm sales). 5. Reporting and presentations.
