Main responsibilities:
- Manage multiple project teams simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope;
- Provide guidance and direction through all stages of the project lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closing;
- Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall approaches to manage projects effectively;
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary;
- Handle change management processes to ensure project adaptations are executed smoothly;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment;
- Use Jira & Confluence proficiently for project tracking and management;
- Maintain high standards of project documentation and reporting (both external and to PMO);
- Look for opportunities to grow the project;
- Add input to the Project Management Office.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of commercial experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Solid experience with both Fixed price and Time & Material projects
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall methodologies, development processes and SDLC;
- Proven ability to manage project risks and changes effectively;
- Experience in managing several project teams simultaneously;
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills for effective stakeholder collaboration;
- Proficient in using Jira for project management: be disciplined and professional;
- Experience working in a matrix-based organizational structure: understanding how to negotiate any conflicts or mismatches;
- Desire for continuous improvement;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
