We created the coolest product, worked with customers, held a lot of meetings and negotiations and even held several conferences until we realized that we need to add money to the fan). Therefore, having gained a lot of experience and expertise in various issues related to the solution of organizational, technical and human tasks, in December 2021 we launched the direction of outsource development in the team. So now we have a product and service direction in the company. Understanding that we are experienced in sales and development, we wanted to start quickly and expand the team by the summer. And this is where the trouble happened: the war does not give us the opportunity to work and develop normally, but we need to do this in order to move according to the plan. Unexpectedly - we succeeded, we are starting to expand the team) So now, if you are not tired of reading this text, you will be able to find out who we are looking for and why.

Now we really need a Project Manager, really needed. Sales were able to make such an incoming pool of requests that it takes a lot of time to work with them, not to mention working with customers, planning sprints and delivering finished projects. Today, we work in the field of small projects, which either take 1-2 months with delivery, or look like this at the beginning, although they can take much more time (there are also such, but the principle of working on them remains the same as on small products). We specifically work with a relatively high rate in order to motivate both ourselves and the client not to waste time, and therefore to delve into the issue of preparing layouts, testing, discussing wishes and edits. It does not always work, but it gives a very good result.

We expect from you, dear friend, that you will be able to help Sales to bring customers to the readiness to hand over the project to us, which means to provide technical consultation for managers and customers (Sales — not your task, exhale). Next, take the bull by the horns directly with the client and plan the cards in Trello so that they quickly perish in the meat grinder of the programmers' code. Accompany developers and the client (programmers do not communicate with clients, at all - they love them, but they love programming more)) and be part of the team.

We want to build business processes for people, which means everyone's direct participation in them and indirectly important. I think it will be interesting for you, because studying and building a plan is your part of the task (if we can make automation and comfort for others, how can we not make it for ourselves?)
