There are 5-12 people oneach team. Become apart ofour team of150+ experts working onthis account. AsaProject Manager, you will lead the team working onone ofthe services for this platform. Besure wealways take care ofawell-balanced and comfortable workload. Technologies that weuse: Ruby, Java, React.js, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, ELK stack, Prometheus stack, etc. DevOps tools— GitLab CI, Docker, docker-compose, Terraform, Ansible Other tools— Selenium, Allure, SonarQube, Bash, Python Your Impact Drive aproject from initiation toclosure within scope, budget, and schedule, orjoin the existing project Ensure the team understands Scrum values and follows approved practices People management activities, including conducting 1-on-1 with team members Track project health, anticipate and intercept cross-functional blockers Preparation ofnew bids (technical and commercial proposals for incoming projects) Bealeader inthe process ofidentifying the needs ofthe project and taking action promptly Collaborate with other Project managers tohelp with planning orsetting priorities WeAre Looking For Someone Who Has atleast 3years ofexperience asaProject Manager inIT Has atleast Upper-Intermediate English inspeaking and writing Has excellent soft skills for working with team and external stakeholders such asleadership, developing others, negotiation skills, etc. Having solid experience with scaling practices would beaplus Has hands-on experience with the Scrum framework Has experience working with several project teams atonce, aswell asteams of5+people Has excellent project management skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, problem-solving, change request management, risk management, release management, analytical skills, prioritizing, adaptability, etc, Has excellent team management skills Our Benefits Fully remote Flexibility.
