Main responsibilities:

• Manage multiple project teams simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope;
• Provide guidance and direction through all stages of the project lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closing;
• Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall approaches to manage projects effectively;
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary;
• Handle change management processes to ensure project adaptations are executed smoothly;
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment;
• Use Jira & Confluence proficiently for project tracking and management;
• Maintain high standards of project documentation and reporting (both external and to PMO);
• Look for opportunities to grow the project;
• Add input to the Project Management Office.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of commercial experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Solid experience with both Fixed price and Time & Material projects
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall methodologies, development processes and SDLC;
• Proven ability to manage project risks and changes effectively;
• Experience in managing several project teams simultaneously;
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills for effective stakeholder collaboration;
• Proficient in using Jira for project management: be disciplined and professional;
• Experience working in a matrix-based organizational structure: understanding how to negotiate any conflicts or mismatches;
• Desire for continuous improvement;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
