Responsibilities: Managing projects onall stages (initiation; planning; execution; closing); Working directly with stakeholders onboth the client and company side; Finding the best ways ofgenerating value through project execution aligned with client business goals, incooperation with the Delivery Manager; Building and nurturing teams; Settingup, implementing, and adjusting project processes; Driving different kinds ofcommunication (including providing feedback, defining requirements, defining expectations, resolving conflict situations); Creating different plans and working proactively with them checking, improving, and adjusting; Proactive work with risks (including identification, mitigation, and exploitation); Getting things done inall aspects ofPMactivities; Contributing tocompany PMO.
