We are a product team that is moving towards its goal, developing in the crypto/blockchain direction and striving to make better products, which help crypto projects from all over the world. We are looking for a similarly purposeful manager who will strengthen our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience as a project manager;
• Skills in requirements analysis and assessment, project planning, risk and change management;
• Knowledge of various methodologies;
• Experience configuring Jira at the administrator level and using it for project management;
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and several projects at the same time;

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the field of financial technologies;
• Work experience in the crypto/blockchain direction.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, providing customized solutions;
• Manage the requirements analysis process, document them and effectively communicate them to the team;
• Lead and manage technical teams to ensure project execution within defined constraints and desired outcomes;
• Solve scoping, planning, proposal and reporting tasks;
• Review, clarify and approve change requests;
• Organize and conduct meetings and presentations for customers;
• Manage several projects simultaneously;
• Identify and search for new opportunities for project development;
• Respond quickly and solve any problems.
