Weare looking for anenergetic, proactive and responsible Project Manager ready tojoin our professional team! Requirements: Atleast Upper-intermediate English level (both spoken and written) Atleast 2years ofprofessional experience asaProject Manager (outsource/outstaff business models). Managing multiple projects atatime, experience working with Enterprise projects (Manufacturing, e-Commerce) and international Tenders isabig plus. Good experience inconducting discovery stage, project kick-off, pre-sale, project sign-off Proficiency inproject management tools and software (Jira/Atlassian, Miro, Excel, etc). Good understanding ofSDLC and agile methodologies. Great interpersonal abilities tocreate, maintain, and nurture client relationships. Good team player and relationship builder with strong diplomacy skills. Solid understanding ofchange and expectations management. Technical competence inunderstanding software development and adjoined services. Understanding ofproject pricing model (T&M, Fixed Price, Dedicated teams) and billing/invoicing procedures. Understanding ofproject/budget estimation techniques. Strong service/client-oriented attitude. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken. Autonomous and proactive attitude, problem-solving and open-minded. Time-management and organizational skills. Flexibility and ability toadapt toany changes. Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well. Responsibilities: Presale: working oncustomer requirements, creating proposals, estimating costs and timelines. Participate inclient meetings and presentations. Project planning and implementation: creation ofadetailed project plan, taking into account the client’s requirements and managing the allocation ofresources. Risk management: identify and mitigate project risks. Budget Management: Manage project budgets according tocontracts. Closeout and Evaluation: Verify that project completion isconsistent with pre-sale commitments. Weoffer: 1. 24calendar days ofpaid vacation per year (after the trial period); 2. Paid sick days (after the trial period); 3. Possibility towork remotely; 4. Possibility tovisit English courses; 5. Possibility ofhaving consultations with apsychologist.
