Key Responsibilities: • Project planning, setting goals, tasks, and scope ofwork; • Work with customer requirements, and meet their expectations. • Prepare project documentation and keep ituptodate; • Control and coordinate the workload ofyour team members (mostly 2-5 people, bigger projects upto15), and help them with problems that arise during development processes; • Maintain open and strong business relationships with customers. Requirements: • Proven track record ofsuccessfully managing software development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery for atleast 2years; • Understanding ofhow web technologies work; • Experience inthe preparation ofcommercial proposals and assessment oflabor costs; • Deep understanding ofAgile philosophy and ability toapply methodologies like Scrum and Kanban toprojects ofvarious complexity; • Ability tounderstand complex client requests and turn them into technical descriptions; • Ability toidentify risks, and coordinate with the team tofind mitigation strategies; • High level oforganizational skills, with the ability toprioritize tasks and meet deadlines inafast-paced environment; • B2+level ofwritten and spoken English. Would beaplus: • Basic programming skills; • Familiarity with current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies inthe web technology landscape; • Understanding ofsoftware testing and quality assurance processes toensure deliverables meet specified requirements.
