Requirements:
— Proven track record of successful project management experience;
— Strong experience in domains such as Blockchain / Fintech;
— Understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile);
— Strong understanding and control of SDLC;
— Proven track record of defining project scope, managing scope changes, and ensuring project objectives and customer expectations are met;
— Proven track record of working with Fix Price projects;
— Ability to predict risks and seek to proactively prevent obstacles;
— Ability to effectively manage project budgets, including cost estimation, expense monitoring, and adherence to financial constraints;
— Strong communication skills to effectively engage and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and to maintain open communication throughout the project’s lifecycle;
—English level — Upper-Intermediate.
Will be plus:
— Crypto and web3 enthusiastic;
— Facilitation experience for pre-sale activities such as workshops, requirements elicitation, etc.

Responsibilities:
— Oversee the entire product life cycle, from requirements gathering to product release;
— Define and ensure strict compliance with best practise development methodologies;
— Produce and maintain project documentation;
— Control project triangle (Budget, Scope, Timeline);
— Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards;
— Provide leadership and mentoring to project development teams;
— Participate actively in company-wide process improvement initiatives.
