Middle Project Manager in ZAZMIK

Responsibilities:
— Managing product development projects

• Planning and coordinating all project activities

• Preparing and organizing the necessary project documentation
• Organizing cooperation with the parties involved in implementing the project
• Leading and motivating the project team and assigning different tasks within the project
• Keeping up with the technological developments and the latest tendencies

Knowledge And Experience:

• 3 — 5 years of project management experience (We need Middle level of candidate)
• Experience in JIRA
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with the ability to adapt to different project needs.
• Strong personality with good negotiation skills
• Experience in problem-solving and analyzing information
• Cloud-based software development projects
• Pre and post sales
• Proficiency with project management tools ( Confluence), and cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP)

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with research projects, ideally with experience in managing small, distributed teams
• Software development experience
• SecOps, DevOps understanding
  
  

Certifications:
Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, AWS or GCP certifications) are desirable but not mandatory.
