Middle Project Manager in Raccoon Gang

We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team and lead the coordination and execution of government (state) IT projects. As a project manager, you will be responsible for the planning, management and monitoring of projects to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions aimed at improving the efficiency of public services.

Requirements:

• Experience working with government projects and clients

• Understanding of tender procedures and participation in tenders

• 3+ years of project management experience

• Knowledge and practical experience of using Agile and other flexible development methods

• Experience of managing several projects at the same time

• Strong analytical, communication and leadership qualities, focus on results< /p>

• Experience in effectively establishing partnerships with clients

• Experience working with project documentation

• Team management skills

• Possession of business Ukrainian in language

• English: intermediate and above

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and analysis of potential purchases and tender announcements on relevant platforms .

• Technical and financial evaluation of the tender in cooperation with other specialists

• Interaction with the tender manager and other responsible specialists regarding the preparation of the tender offer.

• Coordination of the technical task and the scope of work independently or in cooperation with a business analyst.

• Coordination of the work of technical specialists

• Control of the deadlines for the completion of project stages and work with invoicing.
