Middle Project Manager in Partida

We are a product team moving towards our goal, developing in the crypto/blockchain direction and striving to make better products that help crypto projects from all over the world. We are looking for a similarly purposeful manager who will strengthen our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of full-time project manager experience;
• Skills in requirements analysis and assessment, project planning, risk and change management ;
• Knowledge of various methodologies;
• Experience configuring Jira at the admin level and using it for project management;
• Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels levels;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously;

Will plus:

• Experience in the field of financial technologies;
• Experience in crypto/blockchain direction.

Responsibilities:< /p>

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, providing customized solutions;
• Manage the requirements analysis process, document them and effectively communicate them to the team;
• Lead and manage technical teams to ensure projects are delivered within defined constraints and desired outcomes;
• Address scoping, planning, proposal and reporting tasks;
• Review, refine and approve requests to changes;
• Organize and conduct meetings and presentations for customers;
• Manage several projects at the same time;
• Identify and search for new opportunities for project development;
