Middle Project Manager in DataOx (former IntroLab Systems)

Hey there! We are looking for a Project Manager with a technical background and at least 3 years of commercial experience to work on a portfolio of projects.

In this position, you will work in a small team on multiple projects (4 — 8 active), all projects in Scraping and business process automation.

-Responsibilities:

-Working with the team

— Meeting project and team KPIs.

— Managing a small development team (4-6 people) including technical leader, QA and developers.

— Building processes within the team.

— Managing the team’s workload.

— Working with clients

— Building relationships with the client.

— Clarifying/Agreeing requirements with the client.

— Payment control

— Additional sales

— Project work

— Clarification / Formulation of requirements

— Budget control

— Timeline management

— Risk Management

Client

Working with multiple clients, all clients are English-speaking from the US/Canada/Europe.

Team

You’ll work in a small team (4-6 people) with Technical Lead, Python Developers and QA.

Working hours

Mon-Fri: 10:00 — 19:00

Requirements

Must-have

— English level — Upper-Intermediate (B2).

— Experience in project portfolio management from 3 years. (4-8 projects at a time is mandatory)

— Strong knowledge of project management.

— Strong knowledge in building effective communication.

— Experience in team building.

— Technical background (QA or developer).

— Experience working with clients with UpWork.

— Attention to detail.

Nice to have, not required

— PM Certificates

— Experience with ClickUp

— Knowledge of BPMN
