Middle Project Manager in COAX Software

Who are we?
COAX Software is engaged in the creation of products in the fields of e-commerce, fintech, real estate, travel on the markets of Europe, the USA, Britain and other countries on an outsourced and outstaffed basis. We work only on cool and really relevant projects that make our lives better!

What you need to know/have:
- spoken English level from confident B2< /strong>;
—from 2 years of commercial experience in an outsourcing company as a Project Manager;
—understanding and experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks and deep knowledge of Software and Product Development Life Cycle;
- understanding the technology stack for developing web and mobile applications;
- from soft skills, of course, the ability to lead a team, solve problems, think critically and have great communication and presentation skills are important.< /p>

Scrum certification, knowledge of PMBok 7th edition, understanding of Prince2 and our stack - RoR, Node.Js, React.Js would be an advantage.

What needs to be done:
—actually, lead projects;)
—establish and adhere to the management process;
—create and adhere to existing processes and practices;
—ensure effective communication;
— manage scope/time/quality/risks of the project;
—create and implement project plans;
—engage in the preparation of regular reports based on the work performed by the team;
—debug productive cooperation with clients.
