We invite Middle Project Manager to the Peiko team 🚀

We develop technically complex web projects in various business areas: medicine, tourism, e-commerce, various marketplaces and real estate, financial and banking areas. We have expertise in blockchain/fintech domains. At the same time, you will be able to improve technically and grow professionally. Communicate directly with customers (customers from the USA, Europe, Australia). Lead ± 3 projects.

Team: 1 Team Lead PM, 6 Project Managers, and of course Backend, Frontend, Mobile Developers, AM, QA, DevOps, UX/UI Designer.

Hard:
✔️ minimum 2 years of commercial experience in IT in the role of Project Manager;
✔️ spoken and written English (Upper level and above);
✔️ successful experience in carrying out Discovery phase;
✔️ knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to use them;
✔️ experience of working with several projects at the same time;
✔️ ability to competently write and maintain project documentation.

Will be a big plus:
✔️ experience working with mobile applications;
✔️ experience working with Blockchain projects;
✔️ business analyst work skills (conducting research).

What will need to be done:
✔️ Conducting discovery: writing SRS;
✔️ Interaction with the client to describe project requirements;
✔️ Creating specifications for features for further development;
✔️ Description of tasks in Jira and prioritization of their execution;
✔️ Interaction with the development team and project implementation control;
✔️ Work with company projects, communication with clients;
✔️ Work with the team on Scrum, Kanban.

Stages of the interview:

1. Interview with the Recruiter, English check;

3. Final interview.
