We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Middle Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

•Oversee and manage from two to four projects with the day-to-day activities.

•Ensure the project is delivered on time within the agreed quality.

•Build strong partnership relations with the client.

•Report to the PMO Lead about the project scope and budget.

REQUIREMENTS:

•Fluent level of English for any communications with clients (C1 -B2)

•Experience as PM — min 2 years

•Strong knowledge of the modern PM’s approaches and methodologies (SCRUM, XP, KANBAN).

•Solid understanding of the Waterfall approach.

•Dedication to result.

•Ability to work in dynamic and fast-changing conditions.

•Good background in team management and communication.

•Strong knowledge of the PMs tools like MSP, Jira, Youtrack, and Confluence.

•Proactive position.

•Fintech background would be a strong plus.
