Eloan is a web and mobile platform for giving customers payday or installment loans.

Requirements:

• advanced written & spoken English (B2/C1);
• 2+ years experience in IT project management;
• experience in managing several projects at the same time;
• experience in the development management of modern web and mobile applications and high-level conceptual understanding of their architectures;
• solid knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• technical background would be a plus;
• experience with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence/Product Discovery);
• good leadership skills;
• proactive & detail-oriented thinking;
• problem-solving & risk management skills;
• ability to manage teams effectively;
• reviewing functional requirements documentation and the ability to high-level assessment the upcoming work.

Will be a plus:

• knowledge in programming or testing (practical experience);
• experience in the FinTech (Loans) business domain.

Responsibilities:

• perform client communication (written & spoken);
• plan, coordinate, and bring projects to a successful completion;
• control scope of tasks, budget;
• perform risk, stakeholder, and communication management
• prepare interim financial statements for customers/management, review weekly team work logs.
