Plus, get ready for plenty ofchallenges tokeep you onyour toes!Come onboard and let’s create something amazing together!Responsibilities:Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring its timely execution within budget and minimising risks;Promote anatmosphere ofcollaboration and clear communication between teams (developers, designers, clients);Collaboration with the sales department toturn customer needs into clear project plans. Using Agile methodology toplan tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress inJira;Provide regular reports toclients onproject progress, budget utilisation, risks and impacts, and change requests;Provide reports tosenior management onresource planning, project status, risks and opportunities;Manage cross-functional teams(2-6 members),including developers, designers andQA inaKanban environment (transition toScrum);Conducting regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews toensure growth and development ofteam members. Promote transparency, teamwork, responsibility and accountability.Qualifications:Minimum 4years ofexperience asanIT project manager, ideally inweb/mobile development. Proven track record ofsuccessfully delivering projects ontime and within budget.Deep understanding ofSDLC for custom web/mobile projects. Understanding ofweb/mobile development processes and technologies, experience with agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrum) will beanadvantage.Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. English atB2/C1 level for international clients. Presentation skills toeffectively communicate project plans, progress and deliverables toclients and stakeholders.Ability toproduce clear, concise and informative reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.Experience inleading and motivating development teams. Proven ability toconduct effective one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.Ability toengage the team inproductive development and collaboration toensure project success.Understanding ofvarious engagement models (Time &Materials, Fixed Cost, Dedicated Team, Support, etc.) torecommend and implement the most appropriate model for each client project.Ability tothrive inaremote environment with optional office access.
