That’s why we’re always onthe lookout for new, talented, team members who love what they doand thirst after growth and fresh challenges.Weare looking for aMiddle Project Manager, who will become apart ofour talented team.Requierements:4+years ofrelated experience intheIT fieldAdvanced level ofspoken and written EnglishExperience inmanaging Web and Mobile development projectsExperience ofstarting projects from scratch and passing through the Discovery PhaseGood knowledge and practical experience inconducting discovery activitiesStrong project management skills throughout the SDLCStrong understanding ofAgile methodology and its frameworksStrong presentational skills (Kick-off meetings, Daily Scrum, Project demos, Retrospective meetings)Understanding ofserver development and client-server architecture, RESTful API, Postman, Git etc.Being familiar with quality assurance processes, QAdocumentation, specifics ofmanual and integration testing, test runs etc.Estimation ofbig and technologically difficult projectsProject risk managementAbility tobuild and maintain positive working relationships with the members ofother internal groupsResponsibilities:Plan, kick-off, coordinate/manage and launch ongoing ornew projectsRegularly communicate with the clients via Slack/email/ etc.todiscuss the project, participate innegotiations, provide progress updates and manage clients’ expectationsManage multipleIT deliverables while organizing resources, tracking milestones and goals, mitigating risks, initiating all project workflows with team membersCreate and maintain project documentationDevelop project estimates and project plan tomanage project executionRun daily standups and other team meetingsMonitor projects onanongoing basis, evaluate progress/quality, manage issue resolutionProvide regular progress updates tothe client, run demo meetingsManage client’s expectations regarding the project delivery, progress, cost and billingWeoffer:Competitive reward for the provided servicesSigning anagreement for the provision ofservicesMedical insurance after trial periodAssistance inpaying taxes and inhandling paperworkGood compensation packageAhuge number ofother bonuses:) Ifyou think you are the one whom weare looking for, donot hesitate tosend your CV.
