Our new design teammate should beable tocreate usability-proof UXsolutions based onuser research artifacts and great understanding ofusability and accessibility patterns. They should beable then todeliver pixel-perfect high fidelityUI designs and prototype them inFigma. Tocollaborate with the product team onrequirements for delivery and with development teams toensure the designs are implemented correctly and consistently. Tomaintain and support design systems and keep all the components and styles inplace. Approaching each project conceptually, with anopen mind— learning and understanding the users, business and market. Challenging yourself onoptimal solutions and having agood reasoning for them. Delivering clean, polished, consistent and user friendlyUI designs that support the solutions and overall design approach. Responsibilities: Work with user research artifacts and reports Collaborate with user researcher ifthere are design hypotheses, which requires validation, testing orfull research Collaborating with product team onrequirements and planning Defining usability-proof UXsolutions Creating pixel-perfect high fidelityUI designs for iOS, Android, Web Desktop &Web Mobile Understanding ofMobile (iOS/Android) and Web guidelines and limitations Creating interactive clickable prototypes inFigma Following and maintaining design systems Controlling the implementation. Ensuring development results are consistent withUX andUI and they perform properly Being proactive, helping togrow strong UX/UI expertise within the team. Being able toconsult onvarious solutions, keeping upwith the latest trends inmobile and web, usability, accessibility and interaction design. Understand which ones could beimplemented toimprove the product and inwhat way Requirements: Solid set ofskills and experience inUX/UIdesign.4+years iswhat wehave inmind Strong UIexpertise including working with design systems Understanding user-centered design approach and UXmethodologies. Being able toanalyze user and business needs todefineUX solutions Portfolio proving this experience Experience working inFigma— design, prototyping and design system maintenance Experience incollaboration with designers, developers and product team Effective communication skills inEnglish— you should beable toelicit project details and clearly articulate your design decisions Personal skills: Has sufficient communication skills for effective dialogue with customers and colleagues Collaborates inateam effectively Isable toplan, schedule and monitor own work within short time horizons Demonstrates arational and organized approach towork Understands and uses appropriate methods, tools and applications.
