Hello!

We are looking for a data-driven, proactive and of a business-oriented Product Manager , who will strengthen our product team of the FORMA business and will be able to focus on core product development and improvement of product and financial metrics.

FORMA is a Universe Group business that creates SaaS for working with documents. Our flagship product is PDFGuru . The team has already managed to achieve cool results, namely:

• More than 4 million users use our products every month.
• Products have more than 50 tools for efficient work with documents.
• Users from more than 30 countries around the world choose our tools for their needs.
• In 3 months, we found and confirmed the positive Unit economics of the business and started scaling.

By joining FORMA you will closely cooperate with the product team: Head of Product, Product manager, analysts, designer, as well as marketing and technical product team.
Our future colleague in this role is aimed at the result of a Product Manager, who is ready to dive deeply into analytics, generate new hypotheses, translate them into life and will be able to take on a large area of ​​responsibility.

You will have the following tasks:

• Analyze competitors and look for insights into market changes.
• Deep dive into product analytics for insights.
• Form backlog, prioritize and conduct experiments to improve product metrics based on analyzed data.
• Prepare and transfer TK to development.
• Form the product roadmap in close cooperation with the product team.
• Collaborate with analyst, UX/UI designer, marketing and technical team at all stages of work with the product.

We expect you to have:

• You have at least 1.5 years of experience in a Product Manager role, where minimum 1 year in the B2C segment.
• You know product metrics and their relationships well.
• Conducted market and competitor research.
• You have practical experience with data analytics/visualization tools (Amplitude, Tableau, GA, etc.).
• You have experience as an analyst or have worked a lot with data analytics.
• You have experience working with AB tests.
• You have an understanding of statistics, probability and statistical significance of events.
• Familiar with user acquisition, product marketing and operational principlesweb development teams.
• Logical thinking, systematic approach and structuredness.

Will be an advantage:

• Technical background.
• Experience with SQL.
• Basic knowledge of statistics.
• Product launch experience.
