Kiss My Apps is looking for an experienced and autonomous Product Manager in a team to work on new launched projects, with experience in working with mobile applications on iOS.

Kiss My Apps is a Ukrainian startup studio specializing in the development of mobile first products.

In the last year, the total MRR of the products included in Kiss My Apps has increased 5 times, now our products attract 1.5M new users every month, and the total audience is already more than 30M users.

Required hard and soft skills:

🔹From 2 years of work experience in the position of Product Manager.
🔹Knowledge of user attraction channels (Google, Facebook, Apple Search Ads).
🔹Ability to generate and validate hypotheses using A/B testing.
🔹Deep understanding of product metrics and data analysis.
🔹Ability to work with the needs and problems of users, analysis of their behavior.
🔹Experience with product analysis tools (Amplitude, Firebase, Tableau).

Will be a plus:

🔹Experience in formulating a long-term product development strategy.
🔹Experience with Android applications.

Responsibilities for this position:

🔹Ownership for the process of generation and launch of A/B tests.
🔹Determining a long-term product development plan.
🔹Working with user engagement channels to achieve financial goals (Google, Facebook, ASA).
🔹Managing a cross-functional team to achieve goals.

Kiss My Apps is part of the Netpeak Group . Currently, about 20% of the Netpeak Group team is involved in various initiatives to counter Russian propaganda. Some of them are in cooperation with partners, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and cyber police. There are several areas of volunteer projects in which we participate: content creation, advertising insocial networks, promotion of Ukrainian products, humanitarian aid. The team of the NGO "My City", which is a part of the Netpeak Group, together with volunteers, is currently engaged in ensuring the livelihood of animal shelters, and also helps with the purchase of necessary items for some units of the Armed Forces.
