Middle Product Designer (hybrid) in Lift

Hello! We are the Ukrainian product company Lift, founded in 2020 in the Genesis holding. Lift is a startup that develops applications in the field of photo/video editing and helps SMM specialists, small and medium-sized business owners create content to promote their products and services in social networks . We went from zero to 6M app downloads and 600K users per month. The Lift application is currently in the Top 5 graphic editors in the App Store with an average rating of 4.8 based on more than 100K reviews. I am Kateryna Derevetska, Product Designer Lead at Lift. Before Lift, I worked in the domains of events and finance. When I joined Lift as a Product Designer, I gained incredibly valuable experience, learned to look at the product from different angles and look for ways to develop it. Our team has the opportunity to work closely with all team members at all levels and contribute to product development. Currently, I am a leader and looking for an ambitious MiddleProduct Designer to join my team to work on the Lift mobile application on the iOS and Android platforms. Your tasks will be: develop the design for the mobile application on the iOS and Android platforms; generate and test hypotheses to improve UX and key metrics of the product; conduct qualitative and quantitative research to improve the product; maintain and improve the design system; interact closely with the product, design team and developers. What we expect from you: work experience of 2 years or more; experience working with mobile applications; excellent visual and UX design skills; experience with Figma, ability to work with components; attention to detail and focus on product quality; willingness to take responsibility, understand the goals of teams and companies and defend their opinion; independence, ability to create design solutions under key.
