Middle Product Designer (freelance/part-time) in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international tech - companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

Now we are launching a new startup in the industry style and fashion and we are looking for a part-time Product Designer with the opportunity to fully join the team within 3 months and be fully responsible for the entire design area on the product.

Joining the team now means:

1. Working with fashion is one of the largest consumer industries in the world.
2. To enter a niche as fashion continues to experience a significant change in shopping patterns: the share of shopping through influencers and creators is increasing (over 35% per year).
3. Actively engage the audience for the business not only through standard Meta mechanics, but also through Tiktok and also through Instagram/Tiktok/Youtube influencers.
4. Interact directly with the world of influencers and creators, both in terms of product promotion and content creation.
5. Launch joint projects with Tier-1 and Tier-2 fashion brands, fashion magazines, platforms.

The startup is at the MVP stage, so you have there is a unique opportunity to join a business at an early stage, have unlimited career prospects and be responsible for a large part of the business.

What it is important for us:
- More than 2 years of experience in the role of Product Designer or UI/UX Designer;
- Experience in working with web platforms;
- Availability of an up-to-date portfolio;< br/>—English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
—High level of working with Figma;
—Understanding business and user goals;
—Teamwork experience, including close cooperation with the product manager and developers.

In your the area of ​​responsibility will include:
—Creating design solutions taking into account user needs and business goals;
—Designing user flow before the purchase and the interface after the purchase;
—Active work on onboarding through the purchase funnel;
—Bringing mockups to implementation;
—Close interaction with the product, marketing team, and developers.

In addition to businesses, we are developing a charitable foundationSKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the limits of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
