Responsibilities:

testing;
● Set up user testing sessions, document results, and use it for further design
process;
- ● Update and support Design library system for a Product;
- ● Present solutions to a core management team and stakeholders for approval;
- ● Take part in knowledge-sharing activities to engage team members;
- ● Communicate and support development team with advice and consulting;
● Report directly to Design manager.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products (Web applications, Mobile applications, SaaS);
- Able to set up a custom design process based on Design Thinking model;
- Expert knowledge in Figma (Components, Prototyping, Auto-layout, Team libraries); - Excellent visual design skills (Typography, Colors, Icons, Composition, pixel-perfect design); - - Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts;
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and defend own concepts in discussions; - Excellent communication skills;
- English level: Upper Intermediate (B2+);
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and others;
- Experience with documenting tools such as Notion.
