Our team is looking for Product Designer specialist!

Key requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a Designer and 1+ years as a Product Designer;
• strong knowledge of user interface patterns for web and mobile;
• deep understanding of UX design principles and methodologies, with a strong focus on user-centered design;
• proficiency in core principles of composition, color, typography, and iconography to create well-crafted visual and functional designs;
• proficient with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
• strong knowledge of HIG and Material Design;
• experience in creating and managing design libraries and style guides;
• experience in conducting user testing and incorporating feedback into design iterations;
• keen attention to details and focus on product quality;
• strong time-management and self-organization skills;
• ability to translate business strategies into effective design solutions;
• understanding of agile development methodologies;
• strong visual design skills;
• ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• intermediate English or higher.

Will be a plus:

• experience in design of complex platforms with highly loaded UI;
• experience with B2B products;
• integrating AI tools into the product design process.

Main responsibilities:

• collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design Team, Product Managers, Developers, Marketers) to deliver new features;
• continuously validate and improve existing interfaces based on analytics and user feedback (desktop & mobile);
• create, maintain and update design systems (guidelines, templates, libraries of styles, etc.);
• identifying and troubleshooting UX problems;
• generate and test hypotheses to improve UX and business / product metrics;
• create design of websites and all related materials;
• creating product marketing assets, pitch decks ets.
