Howly is a marketplace for professional online consultations. We plan to revolutionize the online consulting industry by turning you into a personal pocket expert. Howly provides quick, personalized and accessible answers to users' questions, for experts - creates an opportunity to effectively apply their knowledge, experience and time. What challenges await you in the PPCSpecialist role: - Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Quora Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini, Criteo, Taboola, etc.;—Planning and executing paid advertising campaigns that support our growth initiatives and meet budget requirements;—Managing multi-million dollar budgets for targeting them through paid marketing channels including paid search, paid social media, YouTube, etc.;— Testing new channels and technologies;—Understanding and using Google Analytics for tracking and reporting (by integration and visualization setup using PowerBI, Tableau or Data Studio);—Analyzing, measuring and reporting on all campaigns, developing a clear POV on findings, next steps and potential optimization;—Maintaining and tracking key indicators of all channels, including budget rate, LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS and ROI/ROR;—Ensuring the maximum possible optimization of spent funds by constantly optimizing campaigns based on the experience gained from several A/B tests for advertising materials, objectives, main improvement of UXLP and other strategies;—Interaction with copywriter and designers to create/approve advertising creatives;—Participation in building a marketing and communication strategy together with the team. It is important for us: —2+ years of experience working with paid traffic for an advertising agency or product company;—Experience of working in the US and Great Britain markets;— Experience in managing large budgets and large volumes of data;—Data driven approach;—You are comfortable developing and scaling where there was nothing before;—Knowledge of metrics: CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPI, CPT, CPL, CPM, etc.;—And you recognize how to improve QS in Google Ads not only titles. :)—Experience with CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS, ROI/ROR optimization;—Good command of Excel/ Google Sheets/ DAX/ SQL, good understanding of funnel analytics and A/B testing;—Intermediate+ English. Will be a plus: — Experience in data analysis/deep research;—Passion for YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram video ecosystems, social media marketing and online content.
