Middle+ PPC Manager (Kyiv/Warsaw) in SKELAR

Now we are looking for PPC Manager, which will build a Google Ads direction virtually from scratch and scale it to seven-figure monthly budgets.

Over the past year, the team of this startup successfully confirmed the viability of the business - they found unit-economy, reached the payback point and are actively scaling to the size of a large business. Each new employee can lead his own direction in the future, everything depends only on you and your ambitions.

In the role of PPC Manager, you are expected to:
- Launch, unit-economy search and scaling of Google ads in Tier1 markets;
- Building your zone processes with zero;
—Building effective cooperation with Creative and Analytics teams;
—Management and optimization of campaigns, conducting A/B tests;
—Evaluation of campaign performance results. Monitor not only key marketing metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROI, etc.), but also look further down the funnel and adjust your strategy based on the data;
- Research direct and indirect competitors from a channel perspective , advertising materials and successful approaches in attracting users.

What is important to us:
— 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition/Performance Marketing;
— Management of advertising budgets in Google Ads from $50,000/month in Tier1 markets;
— Strong critical thinking and data-driven approach to work. The ability to analyze large amounts of information and draw conclusions from it;
— Creativity and the ability to qualitatively generate new hypotheses.
