About the role AsaMiddle PHP Developer, become apart ofacross-functional development team working for aSwedish company based inMalta which offers casino games, slots, online card games, poker, blackjack, sports betting, online bingo and other online games toits clients, while also protecting them. Responsibilities: Design and develop new Backend features Perform functional requirements analysis Write high-quality code and documentation Work closely with other developers, QA, and product teams Apply analytical skills and becommitted toquality Help track requests, issues, work progress, and any other changes using our project management tools Provide estimates and technical documentation onrequest Write code with performance, reliability, and maintainability inmind Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables Work incollaboration with external partners when required Manage code changes using our version control system Perform code reviews Requirements: Experience insoftware development for more than 3years Excellent knowledge inComputer Science, Computing Theory: Paradigm &Principles (OOP, SOLID) Database theory (RDBMS) Code testing practices Design Patterns Understanding ofnetwork interactions: conventions (e.g. REST, RPC) authentication and authorization flows Excellent knowledge and experience inPHP (more than 2years) Practical commercial experience with: REST API development Web application frameworks (e.g. Symfony, Laravel) (more than 2years) Testing frameworks (e.g. PHPUnit, Codeception, Behat, Dusk) (more than 2years) Knowledge offront-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5 ORM (e.g. Doctrine, Eloquent) (more than 2years) RDBMS (e.g MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) (more than 2years) Key-value storages (e.g. Redis, Memcached) Version control systems (GIT) Docker Experience with: Agile software processes and technologies Code Review process Fluent orUpper-Intermediate English Desirable: Certifications on: Zend PHP Practical commercial experience with: GraphQL NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB, ElasticSearch, CouchDB) Cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure) Continuous Integration tools (e.g. Gitlab Pipeline, Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo) What`s initfor you?
