We are expanding our dream team and are looking for a
Middle People Partner. Location:
Europe
✅ Your future tasks: - implementation of Employee lifecycle : Onboarding, Termination, internal transfers, HR Check-ins;
- conducting Probation/Performance Review;
- administration of HR processes in HR systems (HiBob, Jira);
- communication between employees and management to resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement;
- participate in regular practices related to HR (1:1, surveys, feedback, etc.) with valuable conclusions and plans for further development;
- active involvement in HR initiatives (for example, ENPS/Gallup/Admin survey, C&B/L&D programs);
- interaction with employees to understand their needs, questions and wishes, as well as to provide appropriate support within the framework of the position;
- cross-functional cooperation with L&D, C&B, Finance, Legal departments.
💪 Your skills:
- work experience in HR from 2 years in the role of People Partner/ HR Generalist/ HR Manager/ HR BP;
- experience of working with the full life cycle of an employee (Onboarding, Development, Retention, Termination);
- responsibility and ownership mindset;
- critical and analytical thinking, systematicity, high level of emotional intelligence, balance of independent and team work, prioritization of tasks;
- the ability to analyze complex situations, identify problems and find effective ways to solve them;
- ability to build partnerships with employees and colleagues;
- experience with HR systems.
🤞 Preferably, but not critical:
- experience with Jira, Slack, Confluence, HiBob;
- desirable experience in IT - from 2 years;
- HR analyst (working with data, metrics and dashboards;
- Intermediate English proficiency.
