We are expanding our dream team and looking for Middle People Partner.
✅ Your future tasks:
- conducting Employee lifecycle: Onboarding, Termination, internal transfers, HR Check-ins;
- probation/Performance Review;
- administration of HR processes in HR systems (HiBob, Jira);
- communication between employees and management to resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement;
- participate in regular HR-related practices (1:1, surveys, feedback, etc.) with valuable findings and plans further development;
- active involvement in HR initiatives (for example, ENPS/Gallup/Admin survey, C&B/L&D programs);
- interaction with employees to understand their needs, questions and wishes , as well as to provide appropriate support within the position;
- cross-functional cooperation with L&D, C&B, Finance, Legal departments.
💪 Your skills:
- experience of working in HR from 2 years in the role of People Partner/ HR Generalist/ HR Manager/ HR BP; li>
- experience of working with the full life cycle of an employee (Onboarding, Development, Retention, Termination);
- responsibility and ownership mindset;
- critical and analytical thinking, systematic, high level emotional intelligence, balance of independent and team work, prioritization of tasks;
- ability to analyze complex situations, identify problems and find effective ways to solve them;
- ability to build partnerships with employees and colleagues;< /li>
- experience working with HR systems.
🤞 Desirable, but not critical:
- experience working with Jira, Slack, Confluence, HiBob;
- desired experience in IT — from 2 years;
- HR analyst (working with data, metrics and dashboards;

- English proficiency at the Intermediate level.
