Your tasks:
Create motion content for advertising campaigns, landing pages, social networks, YouTube, TikTok, brand communications and special projects of brands — Skvot, Laba, robot_dreams and Vocabulaba.
Animate elements for educational and demo videos: infographics, visual explanations, graphic intros, screensavers and templates.
Work with photos, video footage, graphic elements and text, combining them into a coherent, rhythmic and visually compelling story.
Collaborate with the art director, designers, copywriters and marketers to coordinate the style, rhythm and dynamics of communications.
Participate in brainstorms, you will help come up with visual solutions for new campaigns and special projects.
You will develop a system of templates and reusable motion elements that will make production faster and more efficient.
You will integrate AI-tools (Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Midjourney, etc.) into the work process - finding ideas, generating graphics, voicing or optimizing the work process.
You will propose improvements to brand identity — from transitions and compositions to the pace and overall dynamics of the video.
Make suggestions for improving the visual identity: intros, transitions, compositions, tempo and overall dynamics of the video.
Experiment with new formats, animation techniques and technologies to keep brand motion communication relevant, recognizable and emotional.
Meet deadlines and ensure high-quality performance of tasks according to creative briefs.
Skill pack for quality performance of tasks:
2+ years of experience in motion design, production or creative agencies.
Deep mastery of Adobe After Effects — from the technical base to building complex compositions and full-fledged animations.
Knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Figma, and Blender or Cinema 4D will be a big plus.
You understand the structure of marketing and educational videos and work for the result - emotion, conversion, effect.
Good sense of composition, rhythm, color, typography and understands how movement enhances a story.
Orient yourself in modern digital formats (YouTube, TikTok, Reels, advertising, landing pages) and the principles of adapting content to the platform.
Basic knowledge of AI tools for creating video, voiceover or graphics (Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Midjourney, etc.).
You understand what perfect timing, smooth spacing and frame dynamics are, and you know how to convey emotion through movement and know the basics of editing.
You know how to work in a team, take feedback constructively and always look for new techniques, trends and ideas.
It will be a plus:
3D skills (Blender or other programs).
Experience creating AI voiceovers or integrating generative tools into video.
Experience in graphic designand and creating static visuals.
