The vacancy involves service in the technical and experimental unit of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
Duties
- Algorithms based on AI (object recognition, tracking, video analysis);
- Collection and analysis of test flights;
- 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Algorithm testing in laboratory conditions; text-decoration: none">Preparation of technical documentation, internal guides.
Practical experience with architectures of CNN, RNN, Transformer-based models;
Ability to set up a clear, reproducible and systematic development process, experiment versioning (MLFlow/DVC), and transparent documentation to support long-term stability.
Terms
Service in Kyiv in the technical hub of the division (a modern office in the center of Kyiv with the availability of all the necessary equipment, delicious coffee and cookies);
Visits to testing sites for own development;
Possible transfer from rear units and transfer of NGU with the consent of the commander;
Mobilization for a contract is possible (in exceptional cases, even if there are violations of the rules of military accounting);
No sudden translations;
Monetary support from UAH 50,000, depending on experience and technical level;
Ability to live in the location of the unit or, if desired, live in your own accommodation;
Availability of a stable work schedule that can be adjusted to your needs;
The principles of the service are built on modern IT approaches;
A stable vacation schedule (30 days a year). Unfortunately, trips abroad are limited;
The possibility of obtaining the qualification of an UAV pilot or engineer in parallel with direct activity;
Systematic passing of the polygraph is mandatory.
