Middle/Middle Strong Fullstack Developer (React Native + React.js or Node.js) in Newsoft

Looking for a Middle/Middle Strong Full Stack Developer (React Native + React.js or Node.js) to join our team. The UK project is dedicated to developing a comprehensive web app that combines fitness and nutrition to empower individuals in cultivating inner strength and enhancing endurance. This platform includes structured workout programs and personalized dietary guidance. Users can benefit from a wealth of engaging graphic and video content, fostering a sense of community and support.

Requirements:
▪️ Over 3 years of software engineering experience.
▪️ Proficient in Vanilla JavaScript/Typescript and familiar with development frameworks like React and NextJS.
▪️ Strong expertise in React Native.
▪️ Experience in Node.js.
▪️ Demonstrated competence in Mobile App development and deploying applications to Apple and Google stores.
▪️ Collaborative experience with medium to large teams on intricate projects, utilizing versioning tools like Git.
▪️ Proficiency in English at least at an upper-intermediate level (both written and verbal).

Nice to have skills:
▪️Experience in development of distributed systems, scalability, and handling high-volume transaction processing.
▪️Demonstrated capability in serving as a technical lead, preferably throughout the full software development lifecycle.
▪️Familiarity with Shopify or another e-commerce platform.
▪️Competent in utilizing cloud systems like AWS.
▪️Skilled in working with various relational or non-relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc).

Responsibilities:
▪️ Collaborate closely with our product team to translate the business vision into highly performant UX/UI for our mobile applications and any other frontend applications part of our platform.
▪️ Maintain code to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
▪️ Take ownership of the delivery process for all our applications and ensure they successfully get shipped to production.
▪️ Create high-quality standards and coding best practices for the team.
▪️ Proactively suggest and implement improvements to the codebase and our processes.
▪️ Be obsessed with the entire platform performance and constantly check our metrics to find out key areas to improve.
▪️ Genuine interest in the product and constantly suggest ways to improve the user experience.

Interview stages:
